1. Cancel Anytime
You can cancel your ThesisHuman subscription at any time directly from your Dashboard → Account → Manage Subscription. No questions asked, no hidden fees, no phone calls required.
When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have full access to all paid features until that date. After the billing period ends, your account will automatically revert to the Free plan (500 words/month).
2. Refund Policy
We offer a fair and transparent refund policy:
- Within 1 days of purchase: If you purchased a paid plan and have not used the AI Humanizer or Academic Copilot (i.e., zero words processed), you are eligible for a full refund. Contact us at support@thesishuman.com with your account email and we will process the refund within 5 business days.
- After 1 days or after usage: Refunds are not available once you have processed words through the service or after the 1-day window has passed. We encourage you to use the Free plan to evaluate the service before upgrading.
3. Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions follow the same cancellation policy.
4. Plan Downgrades
You can downgrade your plan at any time from your Account settings. The downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You will not lose access to paid features until then.
5. Account Deletion
If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data, contact us at support@thesishuman.com. Account deletion is irreversible. All document history, preferences, and subscription data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
6. Free Plan
The ThesisHuman Free plan (500 words/month) does not require a credit card and has no billing. There is nothing to cancel. You can use it indefinitely or upgrade at any time.
