ThesisHuman is operated by Valnorix Labs LLC. By accessing or using ThesisHuman, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ThesisHuman is an academic AI writing assistant that helps researchers refine, humanize, and structure their academic text. The Service includes an AI Humanizer, an Academic Copilot, term locking, and document export features.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use ThesisHuman only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the Service to produce content that violates academic integrity policies at your institution
- Misrepresent AI-assisted work as entirely your own where disclosure is required
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models or algorithms
- Use the Service to generate harmful, misleading, or fraudulent content
- Share your account credentials with others or resell access to the Service
5. Intellectual Property
Your content remains yours. You retain all intellectual property rights to the text you submit and the output you receive. ThesisHuman claims no ownership over your research, drafts, or generated content.
The ThesisHuman platform, brand, design, and technology are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6. Subscription & Billing
ThesisHuman offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through our payment processor, Polar.sh. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Prices are listed in USD and may change with 30 days’ notice.
7. Word Limits & Fair Use
Each plan includes a monthly word allowance. Words are counted when text is processed through the AI Humanizer or Academic Copilot. Unused words do not roll over to the next billing cycle.
8. Electronic Communications & Notifications
By creating an account, you consent to receive electronic communications from ThesisHuman. These include necessary transactional messages (e.g., account activation, security alerts, and billing receipts) and, where applicable, occasional product announcements, major model releases (such as Ghosty V5.2), monthly quota updates, and promotional offers.
You can unsubscribe from non-essential promotional and product emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in every marketing communication or by contacting support@thesishuman.com. Unsubscribing from promotional messages does not disable critical transactional notices required for the ongoing administration of your account.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that may temporarily affect availability.
10. Limitation of Liability
ThesisHuman is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that AI-generated output will meet specific academic standards, pass any particular review process, or be free of errors. You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing all output before submission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThesisHuman shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
